How to reduce RBP in output

Plant 1

MW continuous dosing of 5 kg/g ENER-PLUS for one year

48.4% REDUCTION IN RBP

Reducing the potential residual biogas output from the plant leads, for a plant with 100 m3 of discharge volume, to a savings of 1130 m3 of biogas equivalent to about 5 tons of corn silage per day.

*Test monitoring was carried out by the end-customer, who cooperated with third-party reference laboratories for analysis in the biogas sector.

The test described shows that the increase in hydrolysis rate, given by the introduction of ENERPLUS, leads the plant, in less than two retention cycles, to an overall increase in kinetics.

This results in a reduction in the amount of AGVs being discharged, which are directly proportional to an increase in the efficiency of the biogas plant.

Upon further verification, the three RBPs carried out report a marked decrease in the residual biogas potential of the digestate.
